Broken During Shipping Claim
-If an item arrives damaged, the buyer must contact me within 24 hours of delivery date.
-All packaging material must be pictured and kept.
-All damage to the item and packaging must be pictured.
Due to the fragile nature of crystals, I do require that all items broken during shipping be reported to me within 24 hours of delivery. I will not refund or replace any broken items outside of the 24 hour timeframe.
